What to include in your message
A detailed first message helps us give a faster, more useful answer. Depending on your question, please include:
- Help choosing a plan: what you want to host, expected traffic, where your visitors are, and whether you need a public server (VPS or dedicated), a Windows desktop (RDP) or a simple website (shared hosting).
- Custom dedicated server quotes: the workload, the processor, memory and storage you need, your preferred operating system, expected monthly bandwidth and your timeline. Resource graphs from your current server are very helpful.
- Technical problems: the service's IP address or domain, when the issue started, the exact error message and the steps you have already tried.
- Billing questions: the invoice number and the payment method used. We accept crypto, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer.
- Domain enquiries: the name and extension you want, such as .com.au, whether it is a new registration or a transfer, and your Australian business or eligibility details where relevant.
Please do not send passwords in a ticket unless an engineer specifically asks for one, and change it once the issue is resolved.

Our VPS plans, dedicated servers and Windows RDP desktops are hosted in a Tier III data centre in Sydney, New South Wales. Sydney is Australia's main network hub, giving short routes to users across Australia, New Zealand and the wider Oceania region. Every Sydney VPS includes an Australian IPv4 and a /128 IPv6 address, and each RDP package has a dedicated Australian IPv4.
